1. Spinach

2. Peas

Pea lies second in the list of easy to grow vegetable due to its less effort. Plant of pea is easy to grow as you can sow its seeds straightly in the ground.

Pea is a decent human diet, either eaten as a cooked vegetable or in the soup. Cooked green peas are a rich source of protein, a good source of vitamins A, B, and C, and contain a high proportion of minerals.

It is a short season vegetable mostly grow in winter and spring.

Pea is a cool-season vegetable grow best when there is an ample supply of moisture. Pea plant can withstand with frost but flowering and pod formation are damaged by heavy frost. The dry and hot season can seize the growth of the pea plant.

3. Lettuce

The clove of garlic has a higher nutritive value than other bulb crops it is used to cures for some lingering stomach diseases, sore eyes, and earache. It lessens the level of cholesterol in the blood and is suggested for heart patients. Garlic contains a considerable amount of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C.  It is a warm-season crop that needs a relatively extended season to produce profitable yields. It needs 80-120 days from sowing to fruit set, depending on the type. Low temperatures devoid of real freezing prevent fruit setting.

 During heat and drought, small tomato flowers drop quickly due to more transpiration. Fruit setting disturbs when the temperature is too high or too low at pollination.

Comparatively cool nights with temperatures of 15-20°C and warm day temperatures between 25 and 30°C are best for optimum yields. Most tomatoes do not produce fruit when night and day temperatures cross 25° and 35°C, respectively.

Growing tomatoes are best to be started from your vegetable garden during an intense summer climate. It is better to put the tomatoes for harvest when the soil warm as it requires at least 8 hours of consistent sunlight.

Tomatoes are best to be planted on the organic soil, and before planting you can test your soil in terms of the PH value of the soil that should be slightly acidic.

Keep watering your tomatoes plant after it gets dried as it requires a high amount of watering until you see any change in its growth. 6. Cucumbers

Cucumbers come in the category of coolest vegetables and are optimal to be grown on raised beds. It have different varieties such as slicing and pickling.

Slicing cucumbers have very sensitive skin with soft flesh and are great for eating. Pickling cucumbers have hard skins that are good in preserving are have better protection from the pest.

Carrots are grown best both in the soil with temperature or moisture. They can also be grown on deep sandy and smooth soils with persistent watering. Carrots require 18-inch deep soil on raised beds with 12-inch space between each row.

The color of carrots develops bright at the temperature of 15-20 °C. Spacing can also require some equipment like hoes and short-handled weeder for the cultivation.

8. Green Leaves

Green leaves are very commonly grown by the people in the garden and even at home in the pots as they are almost daily been used in different kinds of food and salads. 9. Cabbage

Cabbage is very easy to grow and nutritive crop having vitamin A, B1, B2, and C. It has a cooling effect, rises appetite, improve digestion, helps avoid constipation, and is good for diabetics. Cabbage is used for cooking, salad, and pickling.

It is a cool-season crop, grows well in cool, moist climates, and tolerates frost and extreme cold better than cauliflower. In the plains, cabbage can be grown from October to January. In the hills, it is grown as a spring and early summer crop. pH ranges from 5.5 or higher than 6.5. More acidic soils give low yield.

11. Radish
